Job summary

BIC USA is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Planning to lead the end-to-end demand planning process for a $1B+ U.S. business across multiple categories and 1,400+ SKUs.

You will translate market intelligence, promotions, and customer dynamics into actionable demand plans and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years in Demand Planning, IBP/S&OP, or related field.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end monthly demand planning across all US categories.
• Own demand plan across planning horizons (0–24 months, AOP, LRP).
• Establish planning methodologies (stat forecasting, market intelligence, scenario planning).
• Drive forecast accuracy and reduce bias; improve planning quality.
• Lead IBP/S&OP governance and executive materials preparation.
• Develop and mentor a high-performance planning team.
