Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years in demand planning, forecasting, or related field.
• Ability to operate autonomously with limited information and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned portfolios.
• Engage stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to clarify demand drivers.
• Conduct demand scenario analysis and risk assessment for new product introductions and lifecycle changes.
• Partner with Supply Planning to align demand with capacity and inventory strategies.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and KPIs; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
