Job summary

3M is seeking a USAC Demand Lead to direct the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning, Demand Review processes, and risk management. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage projections versus actuals, and drive alignment of demand with business estimates for large projects.

Based on the Maplewood, MN on-site requirement, you will work closely with commercial and marketing to ensure timely, accurate forecasts while leveraging Salesforce reporting to track upcoming demand and

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of combined experience in Marketing/Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance and/or Engineering in various sectors.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to present to senior leadership and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with IBP/S&OP and data forecasting tools is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PSD USAC Demand Review Process and oversee end-to-end Integrated Business Planning.
• Maintain ASP parameters and assumptions file, ensuring alignment with business estimates.
• Coordinate monthly Demand Review meetings and reflect latest opportunities in the Demand Plan.
• Analyze discrepancies between projections and actuals; drive recovery actions to meet estimates.
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams for large tenders and projects; use Salesforce reports to align demand with timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve constraints, optimize supplier activity and communicate risks.
