Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Camden, NJ is seeking a Business Planning Lead to steer demand management and IBP processes for a major product category. You will drive rolling 24+-month forecasts, surface risks and opportunities, and partner across Commercial Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate strategy into measurable demand and margin outcomes.

You will collaborate with Data Science and Demand Analysts to tune models, align investments with demand plans, and lead a team to improve forecast

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Planning, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and/or Strategy within CPG or adjacent industries; multiple functional experiences strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree required.
It would be great if you have an MBA.
Strategic & Business Acumen; deep understanding of the P&L and how investments create demand across marketing, sales, pricing, and innovation.
Ability to translate business strategy into quantified demand implications.

Responsibilities

Owner of Demand for Category Leaders; serve as the demand lead within the IBP Demand Review step and surface risks and opportunities.
Own the integration of commercial investments into category demand plans with cross-functional partners.
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Finance; coordinate with Finance and Data Science to tune forecast models.
Drive continuous improvement and enhance forecast accuracy through standardized processes and clear narratives.
