Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Global Demand Manager to lead the worldwide forecasting process within the IBP framework. This role partners with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align the global demand plan and strengthen planning capabilities.

The position leads a team of Regional Demand Planners and reports to the Global Business Operations Leader. Preferred locations include Wilmington, DE; Edina, MN; Midland, MI, with consideration for other U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, Operations or related field.
• Significant experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP/IBP, or related discipline.
• Expertise in statistical forecasting, consensus planning, and scenario modeling.
• Knowledge of SAP APO (or similar planning platforms) and Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global forecasting process and drive best-in-class planning practices.
• Own the monthly global demand forecasting and improve forecast performance.
• Develop a 24-month unconstrained demand plan using multiple data sources.
• Define forecasting methodologies and demand segmentation strategies.
• Drive forecast accuracy and bias management with global KPIs.
• Coach and develop the Global Demand Planning Team and regional planners.
• Facilitate Global Demand Reviews and IBP governance discussions.
• Provide decision-ready insights to business leaders and stakeholders.
