ZIMLog USA is seeking a commercially driven Sales Director to lead our sales organization, grow revenue and profitability, and develop a high-performing team in the dynamic freight forwarding sector. You will be close to customers, market needs, and pricing strategy, shaping our commercial approach globally.

This hands-on role emphasizes sales leadership, strategic growth, and development of innovative logistics solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales and business development in freight forwarding.
• Proven success in generating new business and growing customer portfolios.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of logistics pricing, procurement, costing, and negotiations.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
