Qualifications

• 7+ years in international freight forwarding and 3PL services.
• Proven success growing air freight business in the U.S. market, Midwest preferred.
• Ability to travel as required and speak multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new air freight opportunities and expand ocean freight/supply chain services.
• Create customer-specific plans to exceed margins and volume goals.
• Communicate market trends to drive strategic actions within the team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement business development strategies.
• Report performance and assess impact on customers and markets.
• Manage programs to promote business between countries and product offerings.
