A leading company is seeking a Store Supervisor to effectively lead teams, improve customer service standards, and drive sales performance. Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback. Communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. Introduces and leads company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicate business objectives to teams effectively.
Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model. Manages and supports customer service initiatives, such as store community outreach programs, ensuring customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved. Develops and implements action plans to correct deficiencies and provides process improvement leadership to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses. Monitors and ensures effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes. Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties. Sets clear expectations, provides recognition, and communicates consistently to foster a culture of belonging. Recruits and develops qualified associates to meet staffing needs and support company growth.
Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by developing relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and building accountability for results. Identifies improvement opportunities and demonstrates adaptability and continuous learning.
Ensures compliance with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, supporting the company's mission and values. Implements related action plans, supports the Open Door Policy, and guides team members in applying these principles.

The hourly wage range for this position is $31.25-$38.46 plus applicable differentials, with additional performance bonuses and potential regional pay zone adjustments.
2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For facilities selling firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required. For facilities selling ammunition with state-specific requirements, a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required. Associates must attend and complete all required training and assessments.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through the same programs; and experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
