Base pay range

$31.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Position Summary

What you'll do...

  1. Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
  2. Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
  3. Introduce and lead company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicate business objectives effectively.
  4. Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, manage customer service initiatives, and support community outreach programs.
  5. Ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are resolved, develop action plans to address deficiencies, and lead process improvements for a high-quality customer experience.
  6. Drive financial performance by reviewing P&L statements, managing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, and ensuring sales and profit goals are met.
  7. Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and setting expectations, while promoting diversity and inclusion.
  8. Coordinate activities and build relationships with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs, set and measure goals, and promote continuous learning.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, support Walmart's mission, and uphold ethics and integrity, fostering a culture of belonging and respect.
  10. Act with integrity, serve customers, strive for excellence, and support change and innovation.

Walmart offers competitive pay, performance bonuses, health benefits, 401(k), stock purchase, paid time off, and other benefits including education programs through Live Better U.

The hourly wage range is $31.25-$38.46 plus differential where applicable, with additional performance bonuses and potential regional pay adjustments.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Additional requirements include successful completion of all relevant training and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, certification in People and Business Leadership, and experience supervising 5 or more direct reports are preferred.
