The hourly wage range is $31.25-$38.46 plus differential where applicable, with additional performance bonuses and potential regional pay adjustments.
2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Additional requirements include successful completion of all relevant training and assessments.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, certification in People and Business Leadership, and experience supervising 5 or more direct reports are preferred.
