Base pay range

$31.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Position Summary

What you'll do:

  1. Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback; communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
  2. Introduce and lead company change efforts; provide clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions; communicate business objectives effectively.
  3. Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, support customer service initiatives, resolve customer issues, and develop action plans for improvement.
  4. Drive financial performance by reviewing P&L statements, managing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, and ensuring sales and profit goals are met.
  5. Supervise and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations; foster a culture of belonging.
  6. Coordinate and oversee activities by building relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans to meet needs, and promoting continuous learning.
  7. Ensure compliance with policies and support Walmart’s mission, values, and ethics.

Additional Compensation

Includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, regional pay zones based on location, and other incentives.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of college, or 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience, or 2 years general work and 1 year supervisory experience. Additional requirements for firearm-related roles apply.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Business Management and Leadership, certifications in People and Business Leadership, experience supervising 5+ direct reports.
