What you'll do... Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. Tour stores, provide feedback, communicate store operations, and lead change efforts. Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, manage customer service initiatives, develop action plans to improve processes, and drive store financial performance. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, ensure compliance with policies, and foster a culture of belonging and integrity. Focus on serving customers, continuous improvement, and achieving sales and profit goals.

The hourly wage range for this position is $31.25-$38.46* Plus Differential where applicable. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and regional pay zones.
2 years’ college OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience. For firearm-related positions, background checks and training are required. Attendance at all required trainings is mandatory.
Bachelor's in Business Management and Leadership or certificates in People and Business Leadership. Experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
