What you'll do...
- Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
- Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
- Introduce and lead company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicate business objectives to teams effectively.
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
- Manage and support customer service initiatives, including store community outreach programs, ensuring customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved.
- Develop and implement action plans to correct deficiencies and lead process improvements to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing and evaluating PL (Profit & Loss) statements, managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Monitor merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes, developing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals.
- Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties, while setting clear expectations and recognizing contributions.
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by developing relationships with stakeholders and supporting plans to meet customer and business needs.
- Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, and create an inclusive workplace where associates feel supported and connected.
- Act with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, promoting Walmart values, and supporting a culture of belonging and continuous learning.
- Serve customers by delivering results, making data-driven decisions, and balancing short and long-term priorities.

- Meet minimum qualifications, including education and experience requirements, and complete all necessary trainings and assessments.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership, certifications, and experience supervising multiple direct reports.
