Position Summary...

What you'll do...
  1. Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
  2. Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
  3. Introduce and lead company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicate business objectives to teams effectively.
  4. Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
  5. Manage and support customer service initiatives, including store community outreach programs, ensuring customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved.
  6. Develop and implement action plans to correct deficiencies and lead process improvements to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  7. Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing and evaluating PL (Profit & Loss) statements, managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
  8. Monitor merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes, developing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals.
  9. Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties, while setting clear expectations and recognizing contributions.
  10. Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by developing relationships with stakeholders and supporting plans to meet customer and business needs.
  11. Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, and create an inclusive workplace where associates feel supported and connected.
  12. Act with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, promoting Walmart values, and supporting a culture of belonging and continuous learning.
  13. Serve customers by delivering results, making data-driven decisions, and balancing short and long-term priorities.
  14. Strive for excellence by fostering curiosity, resilience, and continuous improvement, supporting technological and skill development.
