Base pay range

$31.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Position Summary

What you'll do:

• Lead and develop teams through training, active listening, and providing feedback.
• Communicate and collaborate with associates regarding store operations, technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
• Introduce and lead change efforts, set clear expectations, and implement business solutions.
• Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, manage customer service initiatives, and ensure customer needs are met.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance, including financial management, inventory control, and sales growth.
• Supervise and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, uphold ethical standards, and promote a culture of belonging and diversity.
• Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and motivate teams.
• Act with integrity, maintain high ethical standards, and support Walmart’s values.
• Deliver results focused on customer satisfaction, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $31.25-$38.46 plus applicable differential and performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of college OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

Additional requirements for firearm and ammunition sales positions, including background checks and state-specific certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership or related fields, experience supervising multiple direct reports, and leadership certifications.
