The hourly wage range for this position is $31.25-$38.46 plus applicable differential and performance bonuses.
2 years of college OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
Additional requirements for firearm and ammunition sales positions, including background checks and state-specific certifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership or related fields, experience supervising multiple direct reports, and leadership certifications.
