2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm-selling facilities, successful completion of a firearms-specific background check and training is required. Associates must complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, or a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership. Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing, is preferred.
