Job summary

Solstice is seeking a Timekeeping and Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee time and attendance data for the U.S. workforce. You will resolve discrepancies and support audits, reporting to the U.S. Payroll Leader in a hybrid role based in Morris Plains, NJ.

The role emphasizes compliance with state and local labor laws, data integrity, and collaboration with Payroll and HR to drive correct pay outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with time and attendance systems, preferably ADP Workforce Manager system.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in U.S. time & attendance.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and recommend solutions.
• Discretion handling confidential employee information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure time and attendance processes comply with U.S. state and local labor laws requirements.
• Maintain awareness of country-specific rules on working hours, overtime, rest periods, and public holidays.
• Partner with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate pay outcomes based on compliant time data.
• Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee time and attendance records and resolve discrepancies.
• Enter data into the time and attendance system and audit records for accuracy.
• Generate reports and analyze attendance data; provide support to employees and managers.
