Job summary

KICK is seeking a Senior Client Partner to open and lead the US market from New York, working remotely as we build out our US presence with agencies and advertisers. You’ll own revenue strategy, relationships, and end-to-end commercial execution in a high-growth live streaming/e-sports context.

You will align with our global teams in Australia and Serbia, drive multi-channel campaigns, and negotiate long-term commitments while scaling the US footprint with impact and leadership.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in digital media sales.
• Established relationships across US agency groups, independents and key advertisers.
• Experience negotiating trading agreements and multi-year commitments.
• Working knowledge of programmatic (PMPs, programmatic guaranteed, DSP/SSP mechanics).
• Familiarity with CRM/order management systems (Boostr a plus).
• Comfort building without an established process in a building function/region.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver KICK’s US revenue across video, display and native inventory.
• Open the holding groups and the advertisers behind them, building trusted relationships from planning teams up to C-level.
• Lead data driven strategy and storytelling, translating complex performance data into clear insights and narratives that influence senior decision makers and unlock upsell and cross sell opportunities.
• Build KICK’s US commercial story, using the audience, category and data-led proof points that get us onto plans.
• Negotiate annual trading agreements, master agreements and multi-year spend commitments.
• Own the pipeline and forecast, and grow the region year on year through retention, share of wallet and new accounts.
• Mentor the team as it grows, and set the standard for how KICK sells in the region, and foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
