Job summary

KICK is seeking a Business Development Lead to grow its advertising business across the US. You will win new agency groups, verticals and enterprise clients, and craft compelling offers that win them.

This full-time role is based in New York with remote work from home. You will collaborate with the US commercial team while coordinating with Easygo’s Australian and Serbian squads to build KICK's US presence.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in partnerships, programmatic supply, or platform business development.
• Proven track record of winning agency groups, verticals or enterprise clients.
• Established network across US agency groups and advertisers.
• Experience pricing and packaging ad products; translate feedback into requirements.
• Working knowledge of programmatic (PMPs, DSP/SSP mechanics).

Responsibilities

• Win and onboard new agency groups, verticals and enterprise clients.
• Own the new business pipeline from prospecting to close.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to bring new offerings to market.
• Build launch packages for new verticals and events; decide which markets to target first.
• Feed client needs into the product roadmap.
• Mentor junior team members and set the standard for winning new business.
