Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding to train the U.S. sales team for full readiness across technical solutions and business operations.

You will lead GTM onboarding, develop business operations training, and coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Sales Ops to keep content current. Up to 50% travel for on-site trainings across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.
• 3+ years delivering training programs, onboarding, or managing enablement platforms.
• Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the U.S. GTM Onboarding & Enablement program for the sales team.
• Develop training modules covering internal business processes, sales ops tools, CRM workflows, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to design, optimize, and scale the curriculum.
• Coordinate with internal SMEs to keep assets up-to-date and effective.
• Maintain a Skill Matrix and lead refresher/advanced skills training.
• Manage national training logistics, calendars, and resources.
