Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding to drive U.S. sales onboarding and enablement. You will coordinate with engineering, product, and sales ops to deliver comprehensive training and ensure day‑one readiness for new hires.

You will lead content development, manage the learning calendar, and enable field teams across the U.S. with a focus on technical and operational proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training programs and onboarding initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs.
• Strong communication and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the U.S. GTM onboarding and enablement program for new hires.
• Develop and deliver training modules covering processes and tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to scale curriculum.
• Coordinate with content creators to keep assets up‑to‑date.
• Maintain a Skill Matrix and track readiness across the domestic team.
• Manage calendars, logistics, and resources for national trainings.
• Mentor field-readiness during the post-onboarding phase.
• Travel up to 50% for on-site training, trade shows, and demos.
