Job summary

Bayer is seeking a skilled Operations leader in the US to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient processes and reliable service delivery.

Applicants should have a Master’s degree with 5+ years in pharmaceutical customer operations or equivalent experience, with SAP/ERP and serialization knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with interfacing functions such as IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Legal.
