Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Operations Leader in the US Pharmaceuticals Division to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, maintain third‑party oversight, and drive compliant process improvements across the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate with IT, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure reliable supply and high service quality.

Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience.
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare operations and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP interfaces, pricing and government programs.
Align requirements with interfacing functions IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and Legal.
