and deliver measurable business outcomes with our AI-powered platform. You will build and close deals ranging from $50K to $500K+ ACV, develop a self-generated pipeline, and collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, Customer Success, and Product to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing opportunities in the $50K–$500K ACV range.
• Strong pipeline generation and self-sourcing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously across 30–120 day cycles.
• Comfort selling to executives and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and close mid-market opportunities $50K–$500K+ ACV across full sales cycle.
• Manage a fast-paced pipeline with multiple deals.
• Generate self-sourced pipeline across distributed organizations.
• Sell business outcomes emphasizing speed, scale, onboarding, readiness, and productivity.
• Lead consultative discovery to identify buying priorities and challenges.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder deals with operators, L&D leaders, revenue teams, and procurement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, Customer Success, and Product to improve conversion and feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
