Job summary

SIY Global, a mission-driven leader in leadership development, is seeking an Account Executive to drive new client acquisition in a remote-friendly US landscape. You will target HR, L&D, and executives, building relationships and moving opportunities through the sales cycle with support from senior team members.

You’ll develop consultative strategies, deliver compelling presentations and demos, and grow a healthy pipeline to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of direct B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling to HR, L&D, or leadership roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiar with CRM and virtual selling.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and target HR, L&D, and decision-makers across industries.
• Conduct consultative selling with guidance from senior AEs.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to hit revenue targets.
• Support and deliver presentations, proposals, and demos with senior team.
• Develop trust-based relationships with HR and L&D contacts.
• Collaborate with internal partners and senior AEs to align offerings.
• Stay informed on trends in organizational development and learning tech.
• Maintain CRM records of outreach, opportunities, and closed deals.
• Contribute to overall sales team success.
