Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment or TA with leadership experience.
• Experience supporting US recruitment workflows.
• Led multi-functional teams (sourcing, coordination, research).
• Willing to work US EST hours (9:30–5:30).

Responsibilities

• Lead three teams: Candidate Engagement, Recruitment Coordination, Data Research.
• Set KPIs, SLAs aligned to US timelines.
• Oversee end-to-end candidate pipelines and interviews.
• Ensure ATS updates, compliance, and offer processing.
• Translate insights into sourcing plans.
