RemoteJobsOne is seeking a Recruitment Ops Manager to optimize recruitment operations end-to-end. This fully remote role balances flexible work across 55 countries with in-person recruiting events in San Francisco, helping build strong talent pipelines.

You will own day-to-day hiring workflows, coordinate with hiring managers and candidates, manage communications, and drive efficient, scalable processes across candidate tracking and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Understanding of candidate sourcing and recruitment processes.
• Exceptional self-management in remote settings.
• Strong stakeholder communication with hiring managers and candidates.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and recruitment software.
• Meticulous candidate recordkeeping and documentation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Based in or near San Francisco to attend regular in-person events.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day recruitment operations, ensuring smooth candidate tracking, timely follow-ups, reminders, and momentum in hiring workflows.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to manage next steps, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and closure actions.
• Manage all candidate communications, including introductions, scheduling, updates, and follow-ups for a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate statuses, pipeline stages, and all recruiting documentation for up-to-date reporting.
• Support standard recruiting activities, such as job postings, proactive sourcing, candidate outreach, and initial screening.
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tracking systems, and operational processes for efficiency.
• Attend and represent the company at recruiting events in San Francisco roughly every two weeks, with potential to increase.
