Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for U.S. or European markets.
• Non-IT recruitment experience in sales, marketing, operations, or leadership roles.
• Ability to source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines with high organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up.
• Recruit for U.S.-based sales, marketing, operations, and leadership roles.
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach.
• Screen candidates for communication, motivation, reliability, fit, and leadership potential.
• Conduct structured phone/video interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in ATS/CRM systems.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and priorities.
• Track recruitment metrics and improve conversion rates.
