Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruiting operations or talent operations experience.
• Knowledge of recruiting processes, ATS, CRM, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview operations and scheduling across time zones.
• Sourcing support and talent pipeline maintenance with recruiters.
• Manage requisition lifecycle: postings, updates, and tracking.
