Job summary

D2B is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage full end-to-end hiring processes for clients as a remote contractor. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinate with client points of contact, and maintain a strong pipeline to hit monthly placement targets.

This role requires 2-3+ years of recruitment experience, strong candidate management, and proficiency with ATS/CRM tools. Expect base salary plus commissions and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Must have client-facing experience as a recruiter.
• Able to place at least 4-5 candidates in a month (minimum).
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems and CRM tools.
• Computer proficiency including Google Workspace and Office 365 (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using top platforms to build a robust pipeline.
• Pre-screen candidates by reviewing resumes and via phone screening.
• Conduct internal assessments – pre-screening, grammar checks, and initial interviews.
• Prepare candidate profiles and forward to clients with fit notes and references.
• Manage the overall interview and selection process.
• Define job descriptions and document specifications.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to Recruitment Managers.
• Coordinate with Recruitment Managers for status reports and escalation.
• Keep candidates informed about job postings and outcomes.
• Build rapport with clients and present shortlisted candidates.
• Stay updated on recruiting trends and develop lead strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
