Job summary

DigitalOcean is seeking a Recruiting Operations & Enablement Manager to own the systems, processes, and infrastructure powering our recruiting function in a fast‑growing, remote role. You'll manage ATS, scheduling tooling, data hygiene, and ROI-driven vendor relations to scale recruiting as the business expands.

You'll define success metrics, partner with People Operations, Legal, and Finance on offers and background checks, and push for continuous improvement with AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting operations, coordination, systems admin, and process design.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and day-to-day operation of recruiting systems (ATS and scheduling tooling).
• Build and document scalable processes to handle growing headcount.
• Own data hygiene and reporting across recruiting systems with trustworthy dashboards.
• Partner with recruiters to reduce friction through new workflows or automation.
• Evaluate new recruiting tech and AI-enabled tools for ROI.
