Job summary

Bayer seeks a supply chain operations lead to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate data, systems, and pricing activities, drive process improvements and ensure compliant service delivery to customers.

You will collaborate with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, Finance and commercial teams, aligning cross-functional requirements while managing risk and readiness across multiple sites and partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL-supported, or contract-controlled supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support; manage third-party operations and act as escalation point.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; advise on contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to tailor solutions and strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial, Legal and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, decisions and readiness metrics; provide transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 and evolving external expectations.
