Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced supply chain operations professional to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate data, systems, traceability, and customer programs, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery.

Responsibilities include process improvements, contract knowledge, and cross-functional alignment with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions, by transferring complex regulatory, data and system requirements into practical operational, testing and readiness actions.
• Strong cross‑functional coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills across various levels of seniority.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a subject‑matter expert for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, customer operations, pricing, contracting, government pricing and special programs.
