• Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialization or specialty models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP and master data concepts.
• Ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into actionable actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point for issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches/new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain to tailor customer solutions.
