Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations lead to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. Role focuses on ensuring reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction, while driving NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, and pricing workstreams.

You will coordinate with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, and commercial teams to implement process improvements and manage cross-functional risks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Alternative: Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a subject-matter expert for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers, building stronger relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing teams.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, customer operations, pricing, contracting, government pricing and special programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, Compliance and external partners.
• Lead the integrated cluster plans and maintain project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths, providing updates to PMO.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation and Bayer’s readiness approach.
