Job summary

Reworld is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Practitioner to process and maintain payroll for our U.S.-based locations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while providing responsive, customer-focused support to employees and managers.

You will handle domestic multi-state payroll for 700+ weekly employees, ensure tax compliance, manage timecards and garnishments, and partner with Benefits and HR on leave pay.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Payroll Practitioner with U.S. payroll experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and tax rules.
• Experience with garnishments and time/attendance administration.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic multi-state payroll for 700+ weekly employees.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage staffing transactions and mass uploads in Workday with proper documentation.
• Verify and adjust timecards and payroll trials as needed.
• Support leave pay, garnishments, and benefits-related payroll issues.
• Maintain employee records and provide tiered support to employees and managers.
• Assist with audits and reporting for weekly full-cycle payroll.
