Reworld is seeking a Payroll Practitioner to manage US payroll for 700+ weekly employees. You will ensure accurate processing, compliance with tax regulations, and seamless handling of staffing transactions via Workday, with strong attention to timecards and accruals.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years as a Payroll Practitioner with US payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and tax regulations/processes.
• Experience with wage attachments/garnishments and related requirements.
• Exposure to union payrolls or collective bargaining agreements is a plus.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Aufgaben

• Process and maintain US payroll for 700+ weekly employees.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Handle staffing transactions and mass uploads in Workday with proper backups.
• Verify timecards and payroll trials; adjust as needed.
• Respond to payroll/time & attendance inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
• Set up pay policies and rotations; track accruals and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate garnishments with agencies and maintain employee records.
• Provide customer service to employees and support HR/payroll projects and audits.
