Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking a Payroll Practitioner to process and maintain U.S. payroll across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. The role supports employees and managers with payroll inquiries and collaborates with the Benefits and HR teams.

Highlights include handling Workday payroll workflows, garnishments, and timecard validation for 700+ weekly employees, with a strong emphasis on SOX compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Payroll Practitioner with U.S. payroll.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Experience with garnishments and wage attachments.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with UKG Dimensions or similar time and attendance systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain U.S. payroll for 700+ weekly employees across locations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
• Handle staffing transactions and Workday uploads with proper backups.
• Compile and approve timecards for timely payroll processing.
• Provide support to HR and employees on payroll inquiries and distributions.
