Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll administration experience in a multi-state organization for 1000+ employees.
• Experience with Workday Payroll and Time Tracking.
• Knowledge of SOX controls, payroll audits, and compliance requirements.
• Experience administering garnishments and tax jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Review and process payroll across multiple states with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies while ensuring compliance.
• Support payroll system testing, implementations, and enhancements.
• Generate payroll and accounting reports and assist with GL variance analysis.
