Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Payroll Analyst to own core payroll processes, from bi-weekly Workday processing to multi-jurisdiction tax compliance in ADP SmartCompliance. This role requires keen attention to detail and collaborative interaction with finance leadership and staff across the company.

You will ensure accurate payroll, respond to employee inquiries, and support audits and reconciliations while training offshore teammates to provide coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-jurisdiction bi-weekly payroll processing.
• 3+ years of full-cycle payroll processing, tax filings and adjustments.
• Experience with ADP SmartCompliance for tax filings and wage garnishments.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll end-to-end in Workday and ensure accuracy.
• Serve as the payroll face to employees, delivering strong customer service.
• Verify timesheets are approved before payroll processing.
• Analyze and reconcile new hires/terminations between Workday and HR submissions.
• Maintain data integrity in the payroll system and generate reports for audits.
• Set up new tax jurisdictions in Workday for all entities and changes.
