United States Digital Space LLC seeks an experienced US Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for a large multi-state workforce. You will ensure accurate, timely processing for exempt and non-exempt employees and maintain strict compliance with tax laws and FLSA.

The role collaborates with HR and Finance to ensure correct data flow, GL mappings, and month-end close. Expertise in ADP WorkforceNow and Workday is essential to optimize payroll operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• Experience handling multi-state payroll.
• Strong knowledge of US labor laws and taxation.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Payroll Processing for multi-state US employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local tax laws and FLSA.
• Manage year-end processes (W-2/W-2c, fringe benefits reporting).
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding, benefits, and compensation changes.
• Act as system SME for payroll platforms (Workday/ADP) and lead improvements.
• Audit payroll data to identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
