Job summary

EY is seeking a Tax Services Manager, US Payroll Operate, to lead end-to-end US payroll delivery with a strong focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence. You will oversee onboarding of new clients, payroll processing, resource management, and KPI performance in a dynamic, global environment.

You will also support system enhancements, new service rollouts, and continuous improvement of payroll solutions while mentoring staff and collaborating with other EY lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant post-graduate qualification (Sciences/MIS/Finance/Accounting).
• 5-7 years of US payroll implementation; end-to-end payroll processing and delivery management.
• 10+ years of US payroll processing and compliance experience.
• CPA and/or CPP certification is required.
• US payroll implementation and project management experience.
• Strong Excel, MS Access, SQL Queries, or other data analytics tools.
