Job summary
EY is seeking a Tax Services Manager, US Payroll Operate, to lead end-to-end US payroll delivery with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence. You will oversee onboarding of new clients, payroll processing, and resource management while driving process improvements and tool development.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years of US payroll processing experience, CPA/CPP, and strong analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field required.
- CPA and/or CPP is must; approved technical certification
- Experience in US payroll implementation and end-to-end payroll delivery
- Strong Excel, MS Access, SQL Queries or equivalent data analytics skills
- Experience with payroll integration to global HCM platforms (Workday, SAP HR, SuccessFactors) desired
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end US payroll service delivery with focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence
- Oversee onboarding of new clients and payroll processing activities
- Manage resources and ensure performance against KPIs
- Support system enhancements, new service rollouts and client-driven initiatives
- Develop and maintain payroll process documentation and SOPs
