Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a seasoned Senior Manager for Global Payroll Operate (GPO) to shape and deliver payroll technology solutions for multinational clients.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive design decisions, and ensure scalable, compliant delivery across countries, leveraging EY technology and client engagements. Strong leadership and global payroll expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and professional certifications are required or preferred.
• Fluency in English required; other languages are a plus.
• Experience leading multi-country payroll or HCM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global design workshops and client solutioning sessions to define requirements and go-live readiness.
• Own and maintain global implementation deliverables and integration designs.
• Act as the global design owner, ensuring scalability and compliance across countries.
• Support sales-to-implementation handover activities including pricing inputs and commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions to ensure quality and timelines.
