Job summary

EY in New York is seeking a Tax Services Manager, US Payroll Operate, to lead end-to-end payroll delivery with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence. You will oversee client onboarding, payroll processing, resource planning, and KPI guidance while driving process improvements across the payroll function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant post-graduate qualification, preferably in Sciences, MIS, Finance or Accounting
• 5-7 years of US payroll implementation; end-to-end payroll processing and payroll delivery management
• 10+ years of US payroll processing and compliance experience
• CPA and/or CPP certification is required
• Experience with payroll integration with leading global HCM platforms (Workday, SAP HR, SuccessFactors or Oracle)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end US payroll service delivery with a focus on SLAs and client satisfaction
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and payroll processing activities
• Manage resources, internal and external stakeholders, and vendor relationships
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement for payroll solutions and tools
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs
• Support business development and engagement economics across the payroll practice
