Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or finance.
• Four+ years of payroll and/or tax experience or equivalent.
• Certification in HR/business or payroll fields preferred (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP; PHR/SPHR; GPHR; APA) or progress toward one.
• Understanding of payroll or related finance/HR activities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; proficiency with Microsoft tools.
• Willingness to travel and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of complex global payroll programs, ensuring governance frameworks and project delivery exceed client expectations.
• Maintain proactive engagement with EY global payroll teams and senior client stakeholders for seamless payroll execution across jurisdictions.
• Respond to payroll and governance queries from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee development of global payroll calendars and data exchange with cross-border EY teams to standardize processes.
• Lead the creation, standardization, and audit of global payroll process documentation.
• Provide training and thought leadership on payroll tools, governance models, and operational frameworks.
