You will lead HR operations, payroll coordination for US employees, vendor management, and internal events while partnering with HQ. The role requires clear English communication, independence, and cross-time-zone collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, people ops, or administrative roles, startup experience preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.
• Excellent written and verbal English with clear policy drafting and communication.

Responsibilities

• HR operations end-to-end: onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee experience.
• Payroll coordination for US employees and compliance documentation.
• Vendor and partner management, owning relationships and ensuring smooth operations.
• Internal events and culture initiatives to keep the US team connected to HQ.
• Process-building as ScaleOps scales: identify gaps and implement solutions.
• Serve as the go-to contact for US employees across HR, finance, and operations.
• Executive support during US visits: coordinate logistics, accommodations, meals, and scheduling; on-site presence when necessary.
