Job summary

Steadily is seeking a People Operations Manager to own the people side of the business. You will handle HR, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and the office, ensuring the organization runs smoothly as headcount grows.

You'll be the first call for issues, building scalable systems and partnering with leadership to maintain accountability. This is an on-site role reporting to the Director of Talent with interaction across teams in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Ops or HR at a fast-growing company.
• Real ownership: run HR with minimal oversight and build processes from scratch.
• Strong organization: juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
• Discretion and good judgment handling sensitive situations.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with software and setting up laptops.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end People Ops including employee relations, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and offboarding.
• Build scalable systems, onboarding, policies, and workflows.
• Partner with leadership to support managers and founders on people issues.
• Manage benefits enrollment, renewals, and vendor interactions.
• Triage IT needs at first line and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Licensing and renewals tracking for team members.
