Job summary

Scale Computing is seeking two Senior Managers, People Operations to partner with leaders across the US offices and remote teams, owning one company-wide program (HRIS & People Data or Talent Acquisition). You will be the in-office partner for one region (Austin or Indianapolis) and drive programs, coaching, and data-driven HR practices, with a focus on speed, simplicity, and impact.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of HR experience, strong US-law knowledge, and a track record of scaling HR

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including hands-on generalist work.
• Proven ability to build HR programs and processes in lean environments.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with office managers and remote teams to drive People operations.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles and VP-level searches.
• Own one company-wide program (HRIS or Talent Acquisition) and build data reporting.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows to automate People processes.
