Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the environmental industry with large key accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed environment and serve as trusted client advisor.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and talent development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to convey value across teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Developing a U.S.-focused sales plan in collaboration with the Global Mining Leader.
• Establishing annual revenue targets for the U.S.
• Building a qualified opportunity pipeline and maintaining data quality in Salesforce.
• Recruiting a future full-time U.S. Mining Leader.
• Identifying technical capability gaps and providing recommendations.
• Increasing utilization of existing operational resources.
• Within 12 to 24 months, support: $5M-$10M pipeline and $1M-$3M incremental revenue; expand cross-selling; broaden offerings.
