Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum 15 years experience, including 5+ years in consulting within the mining sector.
• Proven ability to lead and grow mining sector accounts and manage multi‑disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead expansion of the mining business in the western United States and manage key client accounts.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow regional mining sector revenue and client relationships.
• Mentor and develop staff in project management, regulatory strategy, and technical practices.
