Qualifications

• Proven track record in project management and business development in environmental/mining contexts.

• Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of the mining business in the western United States.
• Manage and grow multiple key mining client accounts.
• Develop and pursue opportunities aligned to strategic plans.
• Coordinate with regional leaders and other business developers to meet targets.
• Oversee permitting, planning, budgeting, and compliance for mining projects.
• Mentor staff and build sector-specific expertise within the team.
